Novice Fleet Guidelines

Minnow State and National events have Novice fleets. The focus for this group of sailors is participation and having as much fun as possible being part of the event. 

As a general rule entry into the Novice fleet is for:

• Sailors who have not competed in a previous Nationals or State title
• Sailors who need greater support and encouragement

Novice fleet sailors are fully supported with coaching on and off the water and have a serepate start.
